A proprietary methodology created to solve the two most common problems in consulting: diagnostics that never leave the paper, and training sessions that ignore the reality of those who experience them.
“We don’t just deliver a plan. We stay until the change is rooted.”
DIAGNOSE
Change without diagnosis is treatment without evaluation.
Before any intervention, we need to understand exactly where we are. Our diagnosis is not an anonymous satisfaction survey. It's a multidimensional assessment involving on-site presence, real interviews, direct observation, and validated data.
- Review of HR structure, policies, and indicators (absenteeism, turnover, etc.).
- Individual interviews with leadership (management team) and key personnel in the organization (confidentiality guaranteed).
- Focus groups by functional area.
- On-the-job observation: we are present throughout the diagnostic process, not just during briefing meetings.
- Utilizing validated data collection tools.
- Diagnostic report providing a realistic snapshot of the organization's current state.
- DTS Road Map | Action plan with multiple phases, priorities, timelines, and impact metrics.
- Report presentation and reflection session on the results with leadership and the management team.
TRANSFORM
Transformation happens through relationships, not on presentation slides.
The transformation phase translates diagnostic insights into real change. We operate on three levels simultaneously: individual (the leader and the employee), collective (the team and the culture), and structural (organizational processes, policies, and rituals). Intervening at only one level ensures that the other two revert to their previous state.
- Individual mentoring in compassionate leadership | The leader as a change agent who leads by example.
- Behavioral training | Custom-designed, with skills transfer to the real context.
- Empowerment of middle management as internal agents to sustain the change.
- Pedagogical team building | Experiential activities with predefined learning objectives.
- Development workshops | Lived values versus declared values (for example).
- Productive management of conflicts and difficult conversations | Active presence during moments of highest tension.
- Implementation of an internal nonviolent communication protocol.
We are where things happen. We don't just send a report and expect the organization to execute it alone. We shadow the sessions, the leadership meetings, the moments of resistance to change. It is in those moments that real transformation happens, and that is exactly where we need to be.
SUSTAIN
Change that is not sustained is merely an event (at best) that is well-remembered.
Most consulting processes end when the intervention is over. Our process continues... Sustaining means monitoring, adjusting, and empowering the organization so that change continues to happen from within, without permanently relying on external support.
- Periodic follow-up sessions with leadership/management team (monthly or quarterly).
- Monitoring of indicators (engagement, absenteeism, turnover, well-being NPS, among others).
- Progress reports with variance analysis and plan/intervention adjustments.
- Final impact assessment | Comparison with the diagnostic baseline.
Throughout the three phases, we actively transfer skills, tools, and language to the organization. At the end of the cycle, the leadership team has the capacity to diagnose, transform, and sustain autonomously. This is our measure of success.
