“Burnout doesn't happen overnight. It happens over months of ignoring the signals that our body and mind are giving us. Our program works before that line. And after it, too.”
We are living through a silent crisis that is affecting well-being at work: burnout, anxiety, absenteeism, and presenteeism are costing Portuguese companies billions of euros per year (€5.3 billion - source: "Evaluating, intervening and preventing psychosocial risks: practices and recommendations" OPP 2023) and taking a heavy toll on people and their health. We work at two simultaneous levels: individual (skills and self-care practices) and organizational (conditions, policies, and culture that support well-being). Our approach combines Positive Psychology, Mindfulness, Compassion Training and Cultivation applied to work, Salutogenesis, and Psychological Capital (PsyCap).
92% of workers consider it essential to work in an organization that values their well-being, but only 25% believe their company genuinely does so (Mental Health America, 2024). This gap is the greatest opportunity for employer differentiation.
Isn't this just a motivational talk?
No. A talk changes perceptions for a few days; a program changes behaviors sustainably. T
he difference lies in the structure: a previous diagnosis, measurable objectives, continuous practice, and an impact report. Does it comply with legal requirements?
Yes. It can include the assessment of psychosocial risks.
