“If you only realize an employee was unhappy when they hand in their resignation letter, the organization has missed dozens of opportunities to intervene over several months. Employee Experience addresses these moments (all moments of the employee's experience within the company) before it's too late."
Employee Experience (EX) is the sum of all perceptions an employee forms throughout their time in an organization. Companies with excellent EX consistently report lower absenteeism, higher productivity, and significantly higher retention rates.
According to the Mind the Workplace 2024 report (Mental Health America), employees with a high level of well-being are 3 times more likely to remain with the organization. We understand Employee Experience (EX) as the systemic driver of this reality: we do not treat well-being as an isolated initiative, but as the result of a work experience designed for retention and high performance.
Where to start?
We start with an Organizational Diagnosis to identify the areas with the greatest negative impact. We prioritize interventions with the highest return — typically onboarding and offboarding, internal communication (relationships), and recognition.
